Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Direct Vision will deliver the Product to the address provided by the Customer in a commercially viable manner as quickly and efficiently as reasonably possible. In some instances, an order may be delayed. Delays may include a lack of Product in stock, product requiring special handling or prescription information needing to be verified. Delays may also be due to issue with a third-party shipping company. Direct Vision holds no responsibility to delays under any circumstance. Once Product is in stock they should be shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive within the time estimate provided for your chosen shipping method. If you are dissatisfied with the delivery time, your sole remedy and recourse is to return the Product in accordance with our return policy.

Standard Shipping

Once frames / contact lenses are in stock it will then take 4-10 business days for shipping.

Express Shipping

$25

Once frames / contact lenses are in stock it will then take 1-3 business days for shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on all eyewear. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us

    Reach out via email at info@directvisioneyewear.com to request a return and provide the reason for your return request.

  2. Prepare the Return

    Once you receive return approval, ship the product back to us in its original and unworn condition within 14 days of your request. Returns sent after 14 days are subject to a restocking fee.

    Please note: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Direct Vision Eyewear is not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping, though we may cover this at our discretion in rare circumstances.

  4. Refund Process

    Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • If the item is returned after 14 days, a restocking fee may apply.
  • Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item, we will process it as a return and a new order will be required.
