Direct Vision will deliver the Product to the address provided by the Customer in a commercially viable manner as quickly and efficiently as reasonably possible. In some instances, an order may be delayed. Delays may include a lack of Product in stock, product requiring special handling or prescription information needing to be verified. Delays may also be due to issue with a third-party shipping company. Direct Vision holds no responsibility to delays under any circumstance.
Once Product is in stock they should be shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive within the time estimate provided for your chosen shipping method. If you are dissatisfied with the delivery time, your sole remedy and recourse is to return the Product in accordance with our return policy.
We offer a 14-day return policy on all eyewear. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once you receive return approval, ship the product back to us in its original and unworn condition within 14 days of your request. Returns sent after 14 days are subject to a restocking fee.
